A personal operating system that holds goals, sleep, nutrition, training, and reflection in one place, then uses Claude to read across all of it. iOS, Android, and a web admin portal, shipped on FlutterFlow with a premium tier built in.

Most health apps are good at one thing. One tracks your sleep, another your meals, another your training. None of them tell you how those things affect each other, which is the only question that actually matters if you are trying to build a better life.
Enkra was built to answer it. It is a personal operating system that holds goals, sleep, nutrition, training, and reflection in one place, and uses AI to read across all of it. The brief was a focused mobile app for iOS and Android with a premium tier and a web admin portal behind it, and it had to feel like a calm daily companion rather than one more dashboard demanding attention.
A single-purpose tracker can tell you that you slept badly or ate over your goal. It cannot tell you that the two are connected, or that a rough training week is what is wrecking your sleep. The data exists, scattered across separate apps, but nothing reads across it.
The other trap is engagement. Most habit apps lose people on the days there is nothing to track. Enkra had to stay useful on those days too, not just the ones where you are logging a workout.
Aumadi delivered the full build, the iOS and Android apps and the web admin portal.
FlutterFlow carried the app, with Supabase behind it for data and auth. Sleep and activity sync in automatically from Apple Health, so users are not asked to log what their phone already knows. RevenueCat handled the premium tier, and Resend covered transactional email.
The heart of the product is the AI layer, powered by Claude. Weekly insights read across sleep, nutrition, training, and goals together, surfacing patterns that a single-purpose tracker would never see. AI journaling turns the app from something you record into something you think with. And a curated Growth Library keeps the app useful on the days there is nothing to track, which is exactly when most habit apps lose people.
Discovery and planning. We scoped a deliberately tight first release, built around a single core loop: set goals, track the inputs, get an insight, reflect on it. A broader scheduling layer was parked for a later phase so the first version could stay focused.
Design. The client came to Enkra with an existing design and a clear visual style. Rather than replace it, we ran a design audit, kept what was working, and refreshed the rest. The goal throughout was calm. Logging had to be fast enough to do without thinking, and the insight screens had to turn a week of scattered data points into something that reads like a clear story about your own life.
Development. FlutterFlow drove the apps across iOS and Android on a Supabase backend. We built goal setting, Apple Health sleep sync, nutrition and workout logging, the weekly AI insight engine, AI journaling, and the Growth Library, with RevenueCat managing the premium tier. The web admin portal was built in parallel for oversight of users and content.
Testing. We tested the flows the product lives or dies on: health data syncing reliably, logging staying quick, and the weekly insight arriving in a form that genuinely tells the user something.
Launch. Enkra shipped to the App Store and Google Play with the full first release live.
The outcome. Enkra is live on the App Store and Google Play, and client feedback has been strong on both the build and the result. Health data, tracking, AI insight, and reflection now run as one connected loop, with a premium tier and admin portal in place to grow on.
Discipline is not about tracking more. It is about finally seeing how it all connects.
