We use whichever model fits the workflow. Most builds use Claude or GPT-4 for reasoning, smaller models for classification, and traditional code for everything that doesn't need AI. We don't force AI where simple logic is faster and cheaper.

Workflows run inside your infrastructure where possible (your AWS, your database). When we use third-party AI APIs, we use the no-training tier and route through your existing data processing agreements. We can sign DPAs and NDAs before any work starts.

Depends on the agent. Our internal proposal agent reads call transcripts, applies our scope template, and drafts a proposal in 10 minutes. A client lead-intake agent qualifies inbound leads, routes hot ones to a human, and replies to cold ones with a holding message. Specific use cases.

The audit session gives you an ROI estimate before you sign anything. We don't take projects where the math doesn't work. If the manual work takes less than 5 hours a week, automation often isn't worth it.
